The Business Institute [BI], located in the heart of North Scottsdale’s business corridor offers programs and workshops developed for employers seeking to enhance employee productivity as well as working adults in need of credentials and updated skill sets.

All programming at the Business Institute, both credit and non-credit, is accelerated to meet the adult student’s dual needs of convenience and relevance. Our short-term, cost effective workshops are designed to develop important skills in essential business software applications, as well as current business topics.

Workforce Development programs and workshops are non-credit with a fixed price which includes books/materials.

Whether you need to upgrade your computer skills on a Microsoft program, desire advanced training in Web development, or you've just purchased we have a variety of courses to meet your individual needs.

Workshops are typically limited to 20 students for maximum instructor contact. Our office park location, is convenient, quiet and professional.

Please register and pay fees at least 1 full day prior to the start of your workshop. Workshops without sufficient enrollment are canceled 24 hours before start date. 

Career Training Workshops
Career Training Workshops are non-credit with a fixed price which includes books/materials.  Choose from General Contractor Training, Insurance Agent Training or Real Estate Sales Licensing. Enrollment is typically limited to 20 students.  Click here for more information.
pharmacy technician
This comprehensive 72 hour, 12-week program prepares participants to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board's (PTCB) exam and enter the pharmacy field. Click here for more info.
